Candidates split into 2 groups. Recruiters went person by person asking:
- Name, age, city
- Years of experience + how long in current job
- Cabin crew or not?
- If yes → demonstrate a diversion announcement

Then came the rapid-fire questions:
- What quality are you truly proud of?
- How was your day / weekend?
- What motivates you?
- 🦺 Our student was asked to physically demonstrate how to wear a life jacket
- Make PA announcements on turbulence and medical request on board

📸 Grooming Check + Arm Reach Test
- Portrait + full-length photos taken
- Arm reach test
- ⚠️ Eliminations happened right after grooming check

Then → short break → final interview.

🎤 Final Interview Questions
- Why Riyadh Air?
- Why are you a good fit for this role?
- What qualities make passengers happy?
- Notice period?
- Aircraft types?
- What skills from your previous job can you bring to Riyadh Air?

🔄 Many questions repeated across candidates.
But here’s the golden warning from recruiters:

> Everyone gave the same reply to “What do you know about Riyadh Air?”*
> Recruiters interrupted and said:
