ETIHAD CABIN CREW — POST-ASSESSMENT Q&A

You’ve completed your In-Person Assessment — amazing work! Here’s what happens next and how to navigate the final steps with confidence.

💬 Q1: When and how do I submit my photos?

A: Once you’ve been officially informed that you’ve reached the final stage, send your photos to ccrecruitment@etihad.ae
using the same email address you applied with.

Include:

- All required cabin crew photographs

- Additional photos of any scars or tattoos declared on the diagram (white area only)

Use this subject line:
Your Full Name – Cabin Crew Photographs
Example: Marie Svensson – Cabin Crew Photographs

💬 Q2: I’ve finished my assessment. When will I hear back?

A: After your application is reviewed, you’ll receive an email update, and your online status will change accordingly.

If you don’t hear back within 4 weeks, you may follow up by email.

⚠️ Please do not attend another assessment until you’ve received a response from the previous one.

💬 Q3: Can I get feedback about my performance?

A: Due to the large number of candidates, individual feedback isn’t possible.

You can:

- Reapply for the same role after 6 months, or

- Explore other open positions on the Etihad Careers website

💬 Q4: How do I know if my attachments were received?

A: You’ll get an automatic confirmation once your files are submitted.

If something is missing or doesn’t meet requirements, the team will contact you.
📎 Accepted formats: JPEG or JPG only.

💬 Q5: My final interview wasn’t successful. When can I reapply?

A: You can apply again 6 months after your last assessment day.

To avoid disqualification, please do not create multiple applications.

💬 Q6: I received an initial offer. What now?

A: Click the acceptance link in your offer email within 48 hours

After you accept, you’ll receive further instructions from Etihad

⚠️ Do not resign from your current job until you receive your official contract.

A: If you need to update anything — personal details, medical changes, or other relevant information — email ccrecruitment@etihad.ae
promptly using your application email address.

Explain the changes clearly so your records stay accurate and delays are avoided.

💬 Q8: What should I do after the assessment to prepare for joining?

A: Read all instructions from the recruitment, onboarding, and training teams carefully. Understanding Etihad’s values, expectations, and the responsibilities of a cabin crew member will help you feel prepared and confident before joining.

Be punctual: Arrive early — late arrivals may not be allowed.

Declaration forms are legally binding: Any false information leads to immediate rejection or contract termination.

Stay flexible: You may be invited back the next day for additional steps.

Bring snacks & water: The day can be long with extended waiting periods.

Know your Candidate ID: You’ll need it during registration.
